Houston: Cary Goforth blazes to Pro Stock record, Burton
Auxier on top of Pro Nitrous field

The
race to the three's is on in Pro Stock! At the rain-postponed
ADRL Dragpalooza in Houston, Cary Goforth sped to an unreal 4.04
second, 179 mph pass to set both ends of the ADRL Extreme Pro Stock
record. In Pro Nitrous, NHRA Champion Burton Auxier is on the
pole with a 3.83 second run. Eliminations have been
rescheduled for July.
Cary Goforth stays hot in Pro Stock,
snags first MMPSA victory
Cary
Goforth put down a sizzling 6.25 second qualifying effort and waded through
the field in the inaugural MMPSA event in Rockingham. Goforth
took the final round win at 6.32 seconds.
Tim Matherly
wins NMRA Real Street Championship again, belts out 9.43 in
final

Another year, another Championship for
the MV Performance team in NMRA Real Street. At Bowling Green,
Tim Matherly qualified number one with a 9.47, then worked
his way through the field culminating in a final round 9.43
second pass that sets the bar for Real Street competitors in
2010. Congrats to Tim, Lisa, and the MV team!

Bob Bertsch
picks up second Pro Stock win at Rockingham finale

Bob Bertsch bagged his second
win of the season in IHRA Pro Stock, taking out championship
contender Frank Gugliotta in the semi finals and 2007 Champ Pete
Berner in the final with a 4.12 second effort. Congrats
Bob!
Cary Goforth gets IHRA Pro Stock win,
points battle tight heading into final event

Cary Goforth
capped a strong weekend at Budds Creek, qualifying in the number 3
position with a 6.309 and storming through the field for a final
round victory over still-hot Bob Bertsch in Pro
Stock. Pete Berner took the number one
qualifying spot at 6.306, followed closely by John
Montecalvo with a close 6.308. With just one event
remaining, Montecalvo holds a 33 point margin in
the points standings over Frank Gugliotta.
Mike
Castellana, Doug Kirk notch wins at 'The Rock' before packed house!

ADRL had Rockingham Dragway packed with
over 73 Pro Mods on the grounds and standing room only! In Pro
Nitrous, Mike Castellana paced the field with a 3.86, then
went on to win in another all Al-Anabi final at 3.90 over Burton
Auxier. In Extreme Pro Stock, Dean Goforth took the
pole at 4.08, but it was Doug Kirk who pulled out the win
against Brian Gahm in the final with a 4.09 at 176.

Bob Bertsch
snags Pro Stock win at IHRA Epping
Bob Bertsch picked up the Pro
Stock Ironman at Epping running a stout 6.33 for low ET in the
final round against Michael Bruno. With just two races
remaining, Frank Gugliotta holds a slim 14 point lead for the
Championship over John Montecalvo.

Dean Goforth victorious at ADRL Ohio Drags

Dean Goforth made his second
straight appearance in the Pro Stock final, this time defeating Doug
Kirk with a 4.13 pass to a -.004 redlight for Kirk.
Goforth set low ET is the semis with a solid 4.10. In Pro
Nitrous eliminations, Thomas Myers (right) secured his first
win over Shannon Jenkins in the final with a 4.02 second
ET. Congrats guys!
Mike Janis,
Mike Castellana, and Brian Gahm are winners from ADRL St. Louis

Mike Janis pulled off the Pro
Extreme win and his second in three events at St. Louis with
consistent 3.80's and a 3.86 in the final. Mike Castellana
won in Pro Nitrous, defeating number one qualifier KA Balooshi,
in the first all Al-Anabi team final. In Xtreme Pro Stock, Brian
Gahm continued his terror through the ranks pulling away in the
points with his 4th win of the season at a 4.13 over Dean Goforth.
Robert Patrick was the pole sitter in XPS with a
4.14.
Troy Coughlin
wins second NMCA Pro Street race in a row

At Z-Max Dragway, Troy Coughlin
took his second win in a row in NMCA Pro Street. Troy was able
to negotiate the tricky race surface and win in a close one in
the final, 6.433 to 6.438!
Brian
Gahm stays hot in ADRL Pro Stock with Richmond win

Brian Gahm lengthened his lead
in the Extreme Pro Stock points standings with a final round 4.14
win over Cary Goforth. In Pro Extreme, Bubba Stanton
reeled off a 3.80 in the final for for the win. RAM customers
also nailed top qualifying spots in Pro Extreme (Mike Janis
3.76), Pro Nitrous (Mike Castellana 3.87), and Pro Stock (Steven
Boone 4.11)!
Points
leader Frank Gugliotta takes Pro Stock crown at IHRA Northern
Nationals

Frank 'the flying meatball'
Gugliotta ran the tables at the recent Northern Nationals,
taking the number one qualifying spot with a 6.33, took the
last man standing award both Friday and Saturday nights, then worked
his way through the field on Sunday to capture the victory on a
holeshot with a 6.35 to 6.34 victory over 2nd in the points John
Montecalvo. Congrats Frank!
Dean
Goforth picks up first IHRA Pro Stock crown
Dean Goforth was the Pro Stock winner from Grand Bend, defeating John
Montecalvo in the final with a 6.40. Frank Gugliotta
qualified number one with a solid 6.33 second pass. It was
incredibly tight racing all day, with Goforth taking out Pete Berner
by a mere .00001 second!
'How
It's Made' films at RAM for new season!

On Wednesday, the film
crew from the highly popular Discovery channel TV series How
It's Made came to town to film the construction of RAM billet
drag racing clutches. Everything from the raw blanks in our
CNC equipment to the actual construction will be covered. The
segment now goes to production and should debut later this
year. Stay tuned to our site for air dates as soon as they are
available!

In Real Street, Tim Matherly obliterated the record with a 9.83 second
pass, .06 under the old record! Final eliminations were rained out
and will be contested in Michigan.

fire, wins 3 of first 4 in Modified NHRA Sport Compact 
Ken
Scheepers continues to rule the 2007 NHRA Sport Compact series Modified
class. Ken Ken has run as fast as 7.39 with the rotary entry and a RAM 7 inch clutch!

Nobile capped a great weekend with a Pro Stock win over Pete Berner in the

John Montecalvo came out on
top at San Antonio in the IHRA opener, defeating Jeff Dobbins in the final
round. Robert Patrick qualified on the pole. EVERY Pro Stock
car at San Antonio used a RAM clutch!

Matherly blasts NMRA Real Street record, Notches win

Tim Matherly qualified
his MV Performance Mustang number one at NMRA's Atco, NJ event, then
proceeded to work his way through the field, culminating in a class
record 9.46 in the final round. This eclipses the old mark of
9.62 by a mile! Congrats Tim!

Gugliotta wins Pro Stock at IHRA Texas Nationals
Frank Gugliotta
found his way back to the winners circle this past weekend at the
IHRA Texas Nationals, defeating Cary Goforth 6.42 to
6.45. Cary sat on the pole with a 6.36 second effort, and
remains atop the points standings in IHRA Pro Stock, just ahead of
Pete Berner.
Troy
Coughlin blasts NMCA Pro Street records in route to victory at
Joliet
It all went Troy
Coughlin's way at the NMCA Super bowl of Drag Racing. Troy
set both ends of the record with a 6.279 at 223.76, then
worked his way through the field running a consistent string of
numbers from 6.31-6.34 to claim the Pro Street crown. Congrats
to the Jeg's team!
Doubling
down ADRL style - Shannon Jenkins takes two, RAM customers win 6 of
8 final rounds!
Fans attending the ADRL
Independence Drags at Topeka were treated to two races in one as the
final rounds from the Milan race were contested during qualifying.
In Extreme Pro Stock, John Montecalvo took the win over Jason
Collins with a 4.19. Pro Nitrous saw Shannon Jenkins
return to the winners circle, and Jeff Naiser pulled off the
Extreme 10.5 victory.
When the dust settled
from qualifying, Shannon Jenknis was sitting atop the Pro
Nitrous field at 3.92, Brian Gahm in XPS with a 4.13, and red
hot Jeff Naiser took the pole in Extreme 10.5. It was
veteran Mike Janis who came from the 4th qualifying spot to
take the Pro Extreme victory running as fast as 3.74 and 200.71!
In the Pro Nitrous final, it was all Jenkins again as Pat
Stoken broke. Elijah Morton grabbed the XPS victory
over Jeff Dobbins with solid 4.14's all day. Congrats guys!
Pete
Berner makes it 3 in a row at Tulsa in IHRA Pro Stock

If there is such a thing
as 'owning' a race track, Pete Berner might be able to claim
Tulsa Raceway after his third consecutive victory with a final round
6.386 to a 6.395 victory over John Montecalvol. Monte
was the pole winner with a 6.385. Texas' Taylor Lastor
stunned the Pro Mod field by taking the top qualifying spot with a
solid 6.05 at 235 MPH!
Brian
Gahm wins XPS in ADRL Memphis finals, rains postpone Michigan event
Brian Gahm drove
his Cliff Moore tuned Mustang to the Pro Stock crown with a 4.10 at
175.63 mph over John Montecalvo to earn his second straight
race title and solidify his points lead.
In qualifying for the postponed
Michigan event, Al Anabi Racing's KA Balooshi sits on the top
of the Pro Nitrous field at 3.89, while Elijah Morton took
the pole in Extreme Pro Stock.
